What does software consulting cost?
Hands-on implementation and advice is published at US$75 per hour. A focused software checkup is US$225 fixed price for one workflow and up to three existing tools. See the pricing page for the current introductory options and scope notes.
What is included in the software checkup?
The checkup covers one workflow and up to three existing tools, a 60-minute conversation, and a written system summary with priorities for next steps. Wider reviews and implementation are quoted separately.
Do you replace all of our existing tools?
No assumption is made that everything needs replacing. The work starts by understanding how your current setup fits together, then considers what to keep, fix, connect or replace.
Can you build or revamp a business website?
Yes. Website building starts from US$750 per project for a simple business website with up to five pages using content you provide. Website revamping starts from US$350 per project for targeted improvements to up to three existing pages. The final scope and price depend on the existing setup and agreed changes.
Can you help with marketing planning?
A focused marketing planning session is US$150 per session. It covers audience, messaging, suitable channels and practical next steps. Advertising spend and campaign execution are separate, and the session does not guarantee leads, sales or other results.
Can you help us explore AI assistants?
Yes. An AI strategy checkup can look at one business process, possible use cases, tool options, privacy questions and human review. Any assistant workflow should keep a human review step where appropriate. Do not send passwords, payment information or sensitive material through an initial enquiry or upload it for review unless a specific, agreed process says how it will be handled.
Who owns the accounts and deliverables?
Ownership, access and deliverables are documented in the agreed quote or project scope. Accounts and vendor subscriptions remain subject to the relevant provider terms. Paid work starts only after the scope and authorization are agreed.
Are software subscription fees included?
No. Third-party software subscriptions, domains, hosting and other vendor fees are separate unless a written scope says otherwise. Known additional costs are identified in the quote where they can be assessed.
Do you provide 24-hour support or a guaranteed response time?
No 24-hour support or universal response-time promise is made. Ongoing support arrangements, scope and response expectations are agreed for the specific setup before starting.
How do we get started?
Use the contact form on the original website and describe the workflow or question you want to discuss. A contact enquiry does not book paid work; the scope, deliverables and authorization are agreed before work begins.
